January 4, 2005 - Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and all that jazz! And, of course, a happy belated RR Birthday to all!! My holidays were crazy hectic - out of town for Christmas, out of town for New Year, and work, work, work in between. But here's a little bit of RR fun for you. More as soon as possible.

December 5, 2004 - Welcome back, Me! Sorry for the extended absence. Isn't it a pain when life gets in the way of extracurricular internet activities? Here is some new stuff - I know that I'm missing some of the submissions that were sent to me in my absence (especially fanfics!), and I promise that I will be back soon to update and add them to the mix. In the meantime, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you think I might have missed whatever it was that you sent (There were a very large number of e-mails awaiting me when I got back from vacation, and even more in the past few weeks ... It is possible that I've skipped someone. I apologize!)

October 24, 2004 - Big news? Let's see ... could it be that the Van Helsing DVD came out this week? Hmmmmmm ... Am I a little disappointed in the special features? Maybe a little. Seems to me that we were promised some serious Drac screen time when the DVD came out; instead, we got a whole bunch of sets and CGI, and a whole lot of Hugh. Oh, well. We'll just wear out our DVDs playing the masquerade scene over and over ... and over and over ...and over and over ...
Gallery Update: Added 35 new Drac images from the DVD special features to the Van Helsing Image Page; added 17 new images to the Silvia Colloca Image Page - 13 from the VH Special Features, and 4 from Silvia's latest project, "L'Apocolisse delle scimmie".
Filmography Update: Added the Fragile Filmography page with synopsis, cast info, etc., as well as two video clips. Though the voiceovers are in Spanish, RR makes brief appearances in both videos and you get a feel of what the flick will be like.
Multimedia Update: Updated the UK TV Schedule for the end of October. Still nothing on the tube for U.S. viewers.

October 17, 2004 - Hey, all. Sort of smallish update today. I have two RR movies on their way to me, not to mention the VH DVD which is coming out in TWO DAYS!!!! In the meantime, here's a little bit of new to keep you going.
News Update: New information below about RR's upcoming project - directing Ray's Tempest at the Belvoir St. Theatre.

October 11, 2004 - Another update - I'm on a roll, here! No new wedding news today, even though I know that's what we're all pining for. Hopefully the couple will make more information available to us soon. Until then, I hope you enjoy this non-wedding-related update!
Layout Update: Added a new section to the scroll menu (see images at top of page) entitled
Fans' Section. Pre-existing pages for Fanfiction, Fanart, and Fanvideos have been moved to this new section.
Hopefully, the future will bring us additional sections, as well. I have some ideas for Fan Letters,
Fanlisting, Fan Photos, etc. This section is for exclusively for my visitors and RR's fans, so let me know what you
want to see in this section and I'll do my best to accomodate!
Fanfiction Update: Changed the layout a bit and added the first entry from Andrea's new Dracula Fanfiction.
Miscellaneous Update: Added Quotable Roxburgh, featuring quotes from his movies. Four movies available so far - more to come. Personal quotes will be added soon.

October 9, 2004 - As you can see, a couple of changes on the homepage. Mostly, though, this is just a quick update, because I had some new info I wanted to share. Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!
Biographies Update: Added The Wedding page, with limited information available so far, but more will be added as soon as possible. You can click the graphic link at the top of this page to be taken to The Wedding page, or you can access it through the Biographies menu on the scroll list.
Links Update: Added a link to Hollow on the Richard Roxburgh Sites list; added a link to Lee's Movie Info on the Other Useful Sites list.
October 8, 2004 - Well, the first major change today is pretty obvious - I changed the look of the site a little bit. Not much - same layout, same content. But I wanted something fresh, so we've got a new color scheme and a new pic! Second change is slightly less noticable, but it's a big change, nonetheless. You can now access this site directly by going to www.rrfan.com. I'm pretty excited about this. Please change your bookmarks, if you have them. I'll keep the the content on both sites for approximately one month; then, I will redirect all traffic to rrfan.com.

October 3, 2004 - Call it atonement...I guess I'm trying to make up for my lack of updates in September. I'm still trying to make myself a
sort of schedule for updating this site. I'll get it eventually. There have been a lot of new visitors on the site lately, and a LOT of repeat visitors, which just
makes me feel all fuzzy inside - sharing the RR love! Welcome to the newbies. Make sure to check out our forum and join the rousing conversation.

So...on to the chastisement for my horrible webmistressing during the month of September. I blame the weather!! (I ALWAYS blame the weather.) Mother nature was none-too-kind to us down here in Florida last month. Besides that, I've had some "life" things that have gotten in the way of my play time. The nerve! So here's a smallish update for you. Not much...but site traffic is skyrocketing lately, so RRFandom is definitely spreading! Van Helsing comes out soon (pre-order your copy below!) and that combined with the recent wedding should mean a very healthy fanbase for our RR in the upcoming year. Happiness, joy and elation!

September 12, 2004 -Yeah, yeah...so my weekly update idea has, so far, failed. Who can blame me - I want to add as much new RR stuff as often as possible! Since yesterday's update was pretty meager and I missed a lot with the power outage and the hurricane, I figured I'd update again today. Maybe I'll make it 'til next Sunday before my next update - maybe not. We'll see!
Filmography Update: Updated the status of Stealth and added Fragile to the main Filmography page; Updated and revamped the Stealth Page.
Multimedia Update: Added three new avatars to the Avatars and Icons, in honor of RR's and SC's upcoming wedding; updated the UK TV Schedule.

September 11, 2004 - Whew! What a week. Hurricane Frances was relatively gentle in my neck of the woods, compared
to what they felt a bit north, but we've had some damage to deal with, business to get back up and running, debris to clean up, etc. This site was only down for about a day,
thankfully. There are still many people in the area that don't have power. I apologize for not getting back on here
sooner to update the site but...let's just say I've been busy.
In any case, it's a very small update today, as I have not had much time to scavenge out new info for you RRFans, but I'm working on it and will
hopefully be back before the end of the weekend to add some more. Bear with me, and thanks for your patience!

September 1, 2004 - Well, my "weekly" update is a little early this week...but I doubt I'll receive
any complaints on that! Welcome to the three new members of the RRFan Discussion Forum. Hope you enjoy the - ahem! - rousing conversation that
we carry on in there.
Hurricane Frances is trying to decide whether or not to kick us in the ass down here in South Florida but, lucky for me, I'll be in the Northeast for a nice little extended
weekend, anyway! (That is the explanation for my premature update, in case you were wondering.) Just wanted to give you all a head's up because if the
power goes out down here for more than a couple of hours there's a good possibility that this site will be down as our server runs out of our house, our backup only
lasts just so long, and we won't be here to tend to it. Don't fret - we'll be back to fix things Monday!
News Update: Added links to Amazon.com to pre-order the Van Helsing DVD. (You know you want to...) Show your appreciation for this site by making that purchase that you were going to make anyway through one of the links on this page.

August 29, 2004 - Did some major site combing this week...which means that I went through to do a little of this and a little of that here and there around the site. Mostly pretty benign stuff, but I do have a nice update for you all today. As mentioned before, updates will be on (approximately) a weekly basis from now on - at least until RR news becomes a bit more plentiful! In the meantime, come visit us in the discussion forum where conversation is plentiful and RRFans are around every day!

August 15, 2004 - Three days without an update! That's probably the longest I have gone since I put this site online. I'm feeling withdrawal symptons...jittering, shaking...feeling better... Okay.

received on the new layout. I put a lot of time into bringing the site to life
again, so I am gratified to hear that everyone is enjoying it! Let me know what

for me. FYI: The Van Helsing Official Site is now showing a DVD release
date of October 19, 2004.

July 17, 2004 - nothing new on RRFan today, although the new layout is coming along pretty well. Hopefully tomorrow, but we'll see how things progress.

July 14, 2004 - Gallery update: 10 new images added to the The One and Only
Image Page. Links update: Added a link to a Moulin Rouge! Fanlisting.
I currently have a file on my computer with 209 screen captures from various RR
movies which will be uploaded onto the site eventually, not to mention the
numerous links, features, sections, etc. that I have or have ideas for. Don't worry - with time,
this site will continue to grow. Stay tuned for new images and features - I update as often as I can!

I do have more to add, and I will hopefully get it up this weekend. Bear with me.

A great thank you goes out to Sara for submitting the Van Helsing images added today. You probably won't be surprised to know that the VH Image Page got nearly twice as many hits in the month of June than any other single page on this site. Things have calmed down significantly on the homefront, so I should once again be able to make frequent updates. As for the VH sequel: has anyone heard anything new about Roxburgh's possible return?
Call me a skeptic, but I am wary of any report that is "exclusive" to the point of being reported by one source, and one source only. If anyone has any more information, please let me know! More updates soon - possibly later today, possibly tomorrow.
June 15, 2004 - Quick update: Just to apologize for the lack of updates. I have a few new Van Helsing picutres and a bunch of others which I will post as soon as I get a chance. In the meantime, I hope everyone is enjoying the site.
June 12, 2004 - Quick update: this interview from the May 2004 issue of XPose Magazine has been linked to on many Roxburgh forums (click on the 6/9 Article link). Of note is the last line of the article itself (before the sidebar), which quotes Roxburgh as saying "I signed on for a sequel". Can it be? This is the only reference I have found to a Roxburgh appearance in a Van Helsing sequel so far, but I'll keep my eyes and ears peeled and update as soon as I have more information. (Also, added the above link to the Multimedia Page.)

Site traffic is way up, now that the search engines are linking here. Yesterday was our first day attracting 100+ visitors, and today saw 100+ visitors before 5:00 p.m.! Updates may be slow
in the coming week, as my parents are coming into town tonight and will be staying through next weekend. I will try to get on and update as much as possible, though. In the meantime, I am still

Google has finally caught up with me! In the past two days, this site has seen visitors coming in from Google.com, Google.fr, and Google.ca.
